Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and relevant lab experience.
• 7+ years in technical lab, robotics, or automation environments.
• 3+ years leading or managing technical teams or lab operations.
• Experience planning hardware or physical system tests with cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing lab resources, equipment, and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware and physical system test campaigns across multiple lab locations.
• Partner with hardware, software, systems, and quality teams to plan capacity.
• Own test intake, prioritization, scheduling, and tracking across sites.
• Develop dashboards and reports for test status, utilization, and throughput.
• Grow and develop a multidisciplinary lab team across sites and shifts.
• Oversee uptime of test environments, fixtures, and control systems.
• Establish and improve lab processes, SOPs, and documentation.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for lab equipment.
• Stand up new lab spaces, sourcing equipment and onboarding staff.
• Ensure safety compliance for robotics hardware testing.
