Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in engineering or product development.
- Minimum 2 years direct people management experience.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop an R&D engineering team with focus on software and electrical product development.
- Provide technical leadership and direction while empowering engineers to solve complex design challenges.
- Guide engineering activities across the product development lifecycle and translate product needs into robust technical solutions.
- Drive execution across complex development programs including resource planning, schedules, budgets, and priorities.
- Collaborate with Systems, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Program Management to maintain momentum and resolve challenges.
- Communicate technical strategies, risks, and resource needs to senior leadership.
