Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical or related engineering field.
• 2+ years of industry experience in engineering product development.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, implementation, and integration of features for Stryker's Mako robotic-assisted platform across software, robotic systems, implants, and instrumentation.
• Translate clinical and user needs into engineering concepts, system requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and evaluate early concepts and prototypes to demonstrate feasibility and inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with verification teams to ensure requirements are measurable and testable.
• Interact directly with surgeons and clinicians to understand workflows and incorporate feedback into product designs.
