Job summary

Gritt in the SF Bay Area is offering a Robotics Perception Engineer Intern role for a 3- or 6-month in-person internship. You will own a defined perception-related deliverable, work with a dedicated mentor, and present results to the team.

You'll develop and evaluate perception components on real robot data, build datasets and evaluation harnesses, and integrate your module into the live robot stack while testing on real robots at the office.

Qualifications

• Pursuing MS/PhD in CS, EE, Robotics, or related field.
• Strong Python skills; experience with PyTorch and computer vision fundamentals.
• Evidence of applied work: projects, competitions, publications, or industry robotics experience.
• Should be comfortable taking ownership of tasks with light supervision.
• Must have excellent problem-solving skills.
• Legally authorized to do an internship in the United States for either 3 months or 6 months.

Responsibilities
