Job summary

Saint Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ, seeks an experienced Surgical Services Coordinator Nurse to lead the Robotic Program within a Level I Trauma Center operating 24/7. You will oversee the robotic surgery journey from scheduling to education, in a 12-room OR suite and a 44-bay PACU, coordinating care with physicians, nurses and families.

The role requires exceptional communication and collaboration, a deep understanding of robotic patient care standards, and a commitment

Qualifications

• One year of OR Nursing experience including robotic surgical care in GYN, General, Urology and Thoracic patients.
• Registered Nurse: AZ eligibility or license.

Responsibilities

• Manage robotic surgery schedule.
• Order and maintain inventory of EndoWrist instruments and accessories.
• Oversee patient preparation for robotic procedures and supervise OR staff education.
• Maintain data on quality indicators and ensure responsive service.
• Act as liaison between physicians, nursing staff, OR leadership, allied health professionals, patients and families.
