Qualifications

• Two years of RN experience required.
• At least 1 year OR experience as RN required.
• Charge experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in care of a sub-specialty patient group with effective managerial skills.
• Act as a professional role model for nursing team.
• Maintain professional accountability and development per best-practice standards set by a national specialty org.
• Mentor and share information with team members.
• Serve as preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.
