DoorDash Labs is seeking a Senior Operations Associate to lead an operations team driving autonomy testing. You will manage a PM shift (2:30-12:30AM MST) on our robotics team in Mesa, AZ with some duties in Chandler and Tempe.

Report to an Associate Operations Manager or Operations Manager and be 100% on-site at the Mesa Operations Hub. You will balance business needs and safety, track autonomous tech changes, and communicate status to stakeholders while pushing metrics and delivering actionable

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in autonomous industry or strong interest.
• Proven track record leading an operationally efficient team through multiple product phases.
• Experience working in cross-functional initiatives within a complex, fast-moving environment.
• Analytical mindset with ability to deliver actionable recommendations; proficiency in GSuite, JIRA and SQL preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage a component of our operations.
• Communicate status updates to stakeholders and escalate issues.
• Serve as escalation path for on-site incidents, with presence as needed.
• Balance business needs, costs, and safety with an “and not either or” approach.
• Be an expert in our autonomous technology and track changes to it.
• Push and contribute to key metrics.
