Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is seeking a Robotics Operator to support highly automated production operations. You will safely operate, monitor, and maintain robotics and packaging equipment to ensure product quality and food safety compliance.

The role requires a minimum of one year in manufacturing, ability to operate automated equipment, and teamwork within a production environment. Overtime and weekend shifts are possible; base pay includes shift differential.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of manufacturing or production experience.
• Ability to safely operate automated production equipment.
• English language proficiency to read and perform duties.
• Adherence to food safety, GMP, quality and workplace safety requirements.
• Attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, operate, and monitor robotics and packaging equipment.
• Rotate between workstations and provide coverage.
• Monitor equipment performance and adjust to meet targets.
• Complete production paperwork accurately.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and participate in preventive maintenance.
• Overtime and weekend shifts as needed.
