The Campbell's Company is seeking a Robotics Operator for the 2nd shift at our Richmond, UT facility. You will safely operate and monitor robotics and automated packaging lines, ensuring quality and safety standards while supporting production goals.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of manufacturing experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work overtime. Training and teamwork are emphasized to maintain efficiency and food safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• One year of manufacturing or production experience is required.
• Ability to safely operate automated production and packaging equipment.
• Basic English literacy to perform job duties.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and shift schedules.

Responsibilities

• Safely set up, adjust, operate, and monitor robotics and automated packaging equipment.
• Rotate between workstations and provide relief coverage as schedules require.
• Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments to meet targets.
• Complete production paperwork accurately and timely.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area following GMPs and safety procedures.
• Support preventive maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability.
• Collaborate with team to achieve production goals and efficiency.
