Job summary

Campbell Soup Company in Richmond, UT is seeking a Robotics Operator to safely set up, operate, and monitor automated packaging equipment on the 3rd shift (10:30 PM–6:30 AM). You will join a collaborative manufacturing team dedicated to quality, food safety, and efficient production flow.

You will rotate between stations, perform required documentation, and participate in training and preventive maintenance to support equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of manufacturing or production experience.
• Ability to safely operate automated production and packaging equipment.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English to perform duties safely.
• Commitment to GMP, quality standards and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Safely set up, adjust, operate, and monitor robotics and automated packaging equipment.
• Rotate between workstations and provide relief coverage as schedules require.
• Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments to meet production targets.
• Complete required production and operational paperwork accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following GMP and housekeeping standards.
• Support preventive maintenance activities and training, and cross-team collaboration.
• Work overtime and weekends as needed.
