Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing teams of 10+ direct reports

• Understanding of US Labor, Employment and Driving laws
• Strong problem solver with initiative
• Able to review data with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with willingness to help out
• Friendly, positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
• Excited about robots and AI/robotics development
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, evenings and weekends
