Job summary

Nuro is seeking a hands-on people leader in Los Angeles to manage a growing team. This role requires 2+ years of experience leading teams of 10+ direct reports and a proven ability to hire, coach and drive performance.

You will own your team’s work, solve problems, review data, and communicate clearly while adapting to a fast-paced environment. A strong grasp of US labor, employment, and driving laws, plus flexibility for nights and weekends, is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing teams of 10+ direct reports
• Natural leader who takes ownership of the team’s work
• Understanding of US Labor, Employment and Driving laws
• Strong problem solver with initiative
• Able to review data with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
