Job summary

Amazon Robotics in Massachusetts seeks a seasoned NPI Supply Chain Lead to drive product strategy from concept to deployment. You will coordinate with hardware engineering, manufacturing, and program management to balance cost, performance, and schedule while delivering scalable robotic solutions.

You will influence senior leaders, develop supplier strategies, and own forecasting and planning for multi-year product programs in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; strong negotiation and program management skills.
• Experience in robotics, automation, or related engineering environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multi-year programs.
• Experience with strategic sourcing, vendor negotiations and contract management.
• Familiarity with make-vs-buy, cost modeling and supply chain risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Support product development across cross-functional supply chain teams (supplier management, logistics, design).
• Act as the main contact for program teams on supply chain decisions and KPIs.
• Collaborate with robotics leadership on commodity selection and cost roadmaps.
• Develop product-level supply chain strategy documents and risk mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with Global Commodity Managers on supplier performance and capacity planning.
• Contribute to roadmaps for NPI and GA total cost targets including make-vs-buy analyses.
• Support sustainability and cost savings initiatives for program goals.
• Occasional travel expected (20–25%).
