Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and operation of building systems at a client facility. You will repair, maintain, and improve material handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems throughout the site.

You will promote safety, perform preventive maintenance, document routines, and coordinate with the Client and Operations Maintenance teams. Proficiency with MS Office and tools is required; ability to lift 50 lbs and pass safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of related experience or training.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Experience using hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Repair and maintain material handling equipment and robotic systems.
• Install and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations Maintenance teams.
• Perform other duties as needed.
