Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support operation, maintenance, and optimization of robotic and material handling systems in a client facility.

You will handle hands-on repairs and performance enhancements to keep complex systems running safely, efficiently, and reliably. The role emphasizes safety, problem solving, and collaboration with the client and maintenance team; prior experience with automated systems is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1 year of related experience and/or training
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues related to MHE such as belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines
• Track and store department inventory
• Maintain positive working relationships with Client and Operations Maintenance team
• Perform other job-related duties as needed
