Cushman & Wakefield is looking for a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to join our team in North Pekin, Illinois. The role will focus on repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems, along with the installation of automated packaging systems.

A strong emphasis is placed on safety and a positive work environment, with comprehensive benefits starting on the first day. Candidates should have technical experience and be ready to mentor junior associates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the repair of material handling equipment or automated conveyor systems.
• 2+ years conducting predictive and preventative maintenance.
• 1+ years of knowledge with electrical and electronic principles.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems related to Material Handling Equipment.
• Promote a safe working environment and complete preventative maintenance routines.
• Mentor junior technicians.

Skills

Repair of material handling equipment (MHE)

Preventive maintenance procedures

Blueprint and electrical schematic reading

Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Associate degree in Mechanical or Electrical field
