Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to support the Operations Maintenance Team in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems throughout the building. You will install, maintain and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.

Qualifications include 2+ years in MHE/automation, CMMS experience, and blueprints/electrical schematics reading. The role requires flexibility in shifts and a safety-first mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years repairing material handling equipment or automated conveyors.
• 2+ years predictive and preventative maintenance experience.
• 1+ years reading blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Experience with CMMS.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems related to all Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Create, assign, and close out work orders with labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts used.
• Mentor junior technicians to grow in their roles.
• Maintain positive working relationships across all of the Operations facility.
