Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to support the Operations Maintenance Team in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems. You will install, maintain and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.

Responsibilities include promoting safety, conducting preventative maintenance, documenting work, and mentoring junior technicians while collaborating across the facility to ensure reliable operations.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years repairing material handling equipment or automated conveyor systems.
• 2+ years of predictive and preventive maintenance experience.
• 1+ years reading electrical schematics.
• 1+ years knowledge of electrical principles.
• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

Responsibilities

• Safety: Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Maintenance: Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems related to MHE.
• Monitoring: Create, assign, and close out work orders with data such as labor hours, equipment maintenance and parts used. Track inventory.
• Support: Mentor junior technicians to grow in their roles.
• Communication: Maintain positive working relationships across all Operations facility.
