Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is hiring a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to join the Operations Maintenance Team. The role focuses on repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems across the building, with responsibilities to install and service automated packaging and distribution equipment.

Key qualifications include 2+ years in MHE/automation maintenance, blueprint reading, CMMS experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years experience repairing material handling equipment (MHE) or automated conveyors.
• 2+ years experience in predictive and preventative maintenance.
• 1+ year blueprint and electrical schematic reading.
• 1+ year knowledge of electrical and electronic principles.
• Experience with CMMS.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
• Ability to work flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Safety: Promote a safe working environment following all safety procedures.
• Maintenance: Complete preventative maintenance with proper documentation; troubleshoot electrical/mechanical problems on MHE.
• Monitoring: Create, assign, and close work orders; track inventory and labor hours.
• Support: Mentor junior technicians to grow in their roles.
• Communication: Maintain positive relationships across Operations facilities.
