Job summary

C&W Services in Lima, OH is seeking a Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to lead a team of service technicians in installing and repairing automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will design practical solutions and manage projects to keep operations running smoothly.

You will train and mentor junior technicians, read blueprints, troubleshoot PLCs and robotics, and help maintain conveyor systems while promoting safety and reliability across the facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years experience with material handling equipment (MHE) and automated conveyors.
• 4+ years experience performing preventative maintenance.
• 4+ years reading blueprints and schematics.
• 3+ years CMMS experience.
• 2+ years PLC programming experience.
• Experience leading and mentoring technicians.
• Vendor management experience.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems and controls.
• Design solutions for difficult problems and manage projects.
• Train and mentor service technicians and contract technicians.
• Communicate effectively across Operations facility.
