Yaskawa Motoman is seeking a mechanical design engineer to originate and develop robotic systems and products. You will focus on mechanical aspects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer specifications and project goals.

The role requires SolidWorks experience and travel; Solid Edge is a plus. A Bachelor of Science degree with 0–2 years related experience is expected. Occasional site work and ISO-compliant design practices are part of the job.

• SolidWorks experience required.
• Solid Edge experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Originate and design new robotic systems and products with a mechanical focus.
• Modify and improve existing designs.
• Perform advanced mechanical calculations to verify design results.
• Attend internal and customer design review meetings.
• Follow ISO procedures and contribute process improvements.
• Travel frequently and maintain valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Assist in solving technical problems across the project cycle.
