Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree with related experience.
• Ability to perform advanced mechanical and/or electrical calculations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Working knowledge of PDM systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading engineering teams and managing schedules.
• Ability to travel frequently and work with customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects and coordinate across departments.
• Design and develop robotic systems and tooling to meet customer needs.
• Translate customer requirements into engineered solutions.
• Review designs with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Prepare technical proposals with Application Engineer and Marketing.
• Ensure compliance with ISO procedures and quality standards.
