Job summary

Dexory in Wallingford, IA is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Coordinator to coordinate materials, suppliers and data across our manufacturing and logistics operations. You will collaborate with Buyers, Engineering and Finance to ensure material availability, maintain ERP/MRP data, onboard suppliers and drive process improvements in a fast-growing robotics environment.

The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail and a proactive mindset to identify risks and optimise workflows

Qualifications

• Previous experience in supply chain, procurement or planning.
• Experience in manufacturing/robotics environment desirable.
• Experience with ERP/MRP/procurement systems.
• Strong data skills and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day flow of components and materials.
• Monitor material availability and identify shortages or risks.
• Work with Buyers to support orders and production.
• Track deliveries and align with production requirements.
• Maintain supply chain data and generate KPIs.
• Onboard new suppliers and set up supplier records.
