Job summary

gpac is seeking a Maintenance Technician with hands-on robotics experience for a growing family-owned food manufacturer in Southern Wisconsin. This full-time, onsite role focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting automated production lines and packaging equipment, leveraging robotics to improve uptime and reliability.

You will work with new production lines and modern automation, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, and collaborate with operations to minimize downtime while supporting

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Hands-on robotics troubleshooting and repair experience required.
• Experience with automated production lines, conveyors, packaging machinery, motors, sensors, or similar equipment.
• Industrial manufacturing experience required.
• Technical training or certifications in related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial robots and automated production equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain conveyors, slicing and packaging equipment, motors, sensors, and related systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Support installation and startup of new production lines and equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and identify root causes.
• Partner with production to improve equipment reliability, safety, and uptime.
