Job summary

gpac is partnered with a growing, family-owned food manufacturing company seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with hands-on robotics experience in a highly automated facility in Wisconsin. You will troubleshoot and maintain industrial robots and automated production equipment, supporting new line installations.

This full-time, on-site role offers ongoing exposure to the latest robotics technology and opportunities for career advancement within a expanding manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Hands-on robotics troubleshooting and repair experience required.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with automated production lines, conveyors, packaging machinery, motors, sensors.
• Industrial manufacturing experience required.
• Technical training or an Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial robots and automated production equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain conveyors, slicing and packaging equipment, motors, sensors, and related systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Support the installation and startup of new production lines and equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and identify root causes.
• Partner with production to improve equipment reliability, safety, and uptime.

gpac is partnered with a growing, family-owned food manufacturing company seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with hands-on robotics experience.

This is a great opportunity for a maintenance professional who enjoys working with automation, robotics, and newer technology. The facility is continuing to invest in automation and recently added multiple new production lines.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial robots and automated production equipment
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime
• Maintain conveyors, slicing and packaging equipment, motors, sensors, and related systems
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance

What We’re Looking For
