Job summary

Simbe Robotics seeks an Assistant Logistics Specialist for the Repair Center in St. Peters, MO. You will handle robot prep, shipments, and inventory management, working on Jira-based workflow and logistics coordination.

The role requires 2–3 years of Jira experience, strong logistics knowledge, and excellent organizational skills. Local residency is required; this is not a remote position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience using Jira.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse work supporting robot prep and shipments.
• Spare Part Inventory management, cycle counts, audits and reporting.
• Physically moving robots and inventory as needed.
• Track robot swaps with our Logistics partners, update Jira and movement tracker report.
• Coordinate broken robot deliveries with Logistics partners.
• Track the return of parts via FedEx and update inventory accordingly.
• Assist with month end reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency and cost savings.
