  • Coordinate deliveries to the Repair Center.
  • Assist month-end reconciliation and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Position Summary

The Assistant Logistics Specialist is a hands-on role based at our Repair Center, in St. Peters, MO. This position is responsible for day to day robot prep, inbound and outbound shipment management, inventory control, robot movement tracking and other warehouse tasks to support the operations.


The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience using Jira for project & asset tracking, workflow management, and issue resolution, along with a strong background in logistics, and warehouse operations.


Candidate must currently reside locally; this is not a remote-eligible role.


Key Responsibilities

Warehouse work



  • Robot refurbishing and shipment preparation, including but not limited to, light painting, cleaning, and boxing the robot and charger

  • Spare Part Inventory management, cycle counts, audits and reporting

  • Physically moving robots, boxes and inventory as needed


Jira System Updates and Shipment Management



  • Track robot SWAPs with our Logistics partners (mainly Aeronet), update Jira and the Robot Movement Tracker report

  • Coordinate broken robot deliveries with Aeronet to the Repair Center in St Peters, MO


Track the return of parts via Fedex and update inventory accordingly.



  • Assist with month end reconciliation.

  • Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, customs requirements, and company policies

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives

  • Recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency and cost savings


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred

  • 2-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management

  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience using Jira

  • Strong knowledge of inventory management

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
