Job summary

Qualifications

• At least two years of working experience in linguistic testing, linguistic review, software testing, or quality engineering.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Familiar with Jira or similar defect tracking tools and basic system administration concepts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hardware functionality, configuration, and availability of systems used to deliver testing services.
• Potentially take on Testing Project Manager tasks: scope, schedule, risk, and reporting for projects.
• Provide training to testers and create written reports for clients and account management.
• Plan for risk, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver end-of-testing reports and client-facing presentations.
