Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and hands-on problem solving.
• Experience documenting deployments and creating installation guides.

Responsibilities

• Integrate the safety system with industrial robots, PLCs, and customer automation.
• Configure and troubleshoot communication between our software platform and equipment.
• Support on-site system installations, commissioning, and deployments.
• Assist customers and integrators with system setup and troubleshooting.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and system docs.
• Create and maintain wiring diagrams and integration documentation for installations.
• Configure networking and industrial communication protocols.
• Assist with robot interfacing, safety I/O, and machine integration.
• Troubleshoot issues involving robotics, networking, PLCs, sensors, and software.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve deployment procedures and tooling.
• Provide technical feedback from field deployments to improve product reliability.
• Help build documentation and training materials for customers and integrators.
