Job summary
CleanBotix, a leading robotics innovator in automated food sanitation technology, seeks an experienced Install Success Manager based in Grand Rapids, MI. You will manage robot installation projects nationwide, collaborating with customers, Area Managers, Install Technicians and the Service Team to ensure successful installation and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in project management and installation of complex technical systems.
- Get it done attitude and drive to grow within a fast-moving startup.
- Strong collaboration with customers and internal teams to resolve challenges.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership and install team to plan and complete installation projects.
- Ensure on-time completion and customer satisfaction.
- Lead install project management: schedule, personnel, equipment and logistics planning; communicate with customers.
- Direct Install Technicians to complete onsite work and resolve installation issues with Service Team.
- Drive product and process improvements with the Installation Manager.
