Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an Electrical Test Engineer II for the Hardware Test Engineering team focused on next generation robotic systems. Responsibilities include planning, designing, executing, and documenting tests of electrical systems, creating fixtures, and automating tests to reduce cycle time and improve quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• 4+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience developing test strategies for complex hardware/software systems or systems of systems.
• Experience in hardware design and validation of components, subsystems and systems.
• Experience with hardware lab equipment such as digital scopes, logic analyzers, and soldering tools.
• Experience designing test fixtures, automated controls, and wiring schematics.
• Experience with test plan development, building the necessary test bench infrastructure, developing tests and verifying the design.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, execute, and document testing of electrical systems and components.
• Design test fixtures, test automation, and safety certification testing.
• Develop and guide test strategies and solutions for new products, focusing on automation and quality.
