Slip Robotics is looking for a Field Technician to support deployment, servicing, and monitoring of autonomous robots at customer sites in Seymour, IN. You will work closely with customers and engineering teams to ensure reliable operation and gather data for performance reports.

The role requires travel ~25% and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A valid driver's license and DOT certification as needed are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree, technical certification or coursework is a plus.
• Willingness to travel ~25% for on-site visits.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to troubleshoot and work independently or with a team.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and internal teams.
• DOT medical certification (DOT physical) may be required.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers during deployment and post-sales phases.
• Assist sales with on-site demos to potential customers.
• Monitor and observe customer robot fleets for optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime.
• Document operational data and generate performance reports.
• Provide feedback to internal teams on customer needs and product improvements.
