Job summary

Slip Robotics is seeking a Field Technician for the Chambersburg, PA area to support deployment, servicing, and monitoring of our autonomous robotic systems. You will work closely with customers and internal engineering teams to ensure successful operation and performance of the fleet.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree or technical certification is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• DOT medical certification may be required in some roles.
• Willingness to travel ~25% regionally and work on-site in Chambersburg, PA.

Responsibilities

• Provide deployment and post-sales support at customer sites.
• Assist sales with on-site demos for potential customers.
• Monitor customer robot fleets to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot issues and minimize downtime.
• Document operational data and generate performance reports.
• Communicate customer needs and product feedback to engineering teams.
