Job summary

Slip Robotics is seeking a Field Technician in the Denton, TX area to support deployment, servicing, and monitoring of autonomous robotic systems. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure optimal operation and performance of our robotic solutions.

The role involves on-site work near Denton with about 20% regional travel. You will assist with demos, monitor fleets, troubleshoot issues, and contribute feedback for product improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical cert is a plus.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% regionally.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, or software systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide deployment and on-site support for customers.
• Assist sales with on-site demos for potential customers.
• Monitor and observe customer robot fleets for performance.
• Troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and provide timely solutions.
