Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, robotics, mechatronics, industrial engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of technical project management experience.
• 3+ years leading robotics, automation, or complex hardware development projects.
• Strong understanding of hardware and software product development processes.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet or similar.
• Knowledge of PLM and engineering change processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple robotics engineering projects throughout the product lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, resource plans, and budgets.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, quality, regulatory, and operations.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Facilitate communication between multidisciplinary teams and lead design reviews.
• Negotiate with customers and internal teams to meet project goals and schedules.
• Lead obsolescence projects and manage testing requirements with customers.
