Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 5+ years of mechatronics related experience.
• Passion for robotics or mechatronic systems.
• Strong working knowledge of Python, C/C++ or similar.
• Self-starter and able to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive with a positive and collaborative attitude.
• Master's degree preferred; experience in motion control applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test robot applications for clean room robotics.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
• Drive future forward R&D based on the latest technology and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve reported software bugs/issues.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team to drive robotic solutions.
• Consult and work closely with external customers to support and develop software specifications and solutions.
