Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in robotics, mechanical, electrical engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in robotics/automation with 5+ in supervisory roles.
• Hands-on robotics experience in material handling/logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 2-3 robotics engineers team, driving project delivery and performance.
• Oversee design, integration, deployment of robotic systems.
• Ensure safety, reliability and throughput improvements.
• Mentor team and coordinate cross-functional work.
