Job summary

Shree Narayani Networking Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a Robotics Engineering Lead to own automation from concept to production. You will integrate cobots for assembly, handling, and testing, and deploy AMRs to move material across the floor.

The role requires 3+ years in industrial automation, strong software and mechanical skills, and experience with ROS/ROS 2, cobots, and simulation tools. CAD tooling proficiency is essential for tooling/layouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in industrial automation/robotics, in a live manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong mix of both software and mechanical engineering.
• Hands-on experience programming and integrating collaborative robots (e.g., Universal Robots or similar) and their end-effectors, grippers, and vision.
• Experience with AMRs and material-handling automation on a factory floor.
• Experience with cobot simulation and offline programming tools to validate cobot cell layouts, cycle times, and reachability before physical deployment.
• Experience with ROS / ROS 2 and robot simulation or digital-twin tools (e.g., RobotStudio, RoboDK, or vendor equivalents).
• Familiarity with 2D/3D machine vision, force/torque control, and pick-and-place applications.

Responsibilities

• Own the automation of targeted manufacturing processes from concept to production deployment.
• Integrate collaborative robots (cobots) for assembly, handling, and test tasks.
• Deploy autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) to move material across the floor.
• Validate cobot cell layouts, cycle times, and reachability through offline programming and simulation.
• Work with safety standards and risk assessment for robotic systems.
