Job summary

HV Talent Group is seeking a hands-on Robotics Engineering Lead to drive automation of manufacturing processes from concept to production. This role focuses on cobots, AMRs, machine vision, sensors, end-effectors, and material-handling automation in a live factory environment.

The successful candidate will establish technical direction, own projects end-to-end, mentor engineers and technicians, and stay actively involved in programming, integration, testing, and commissioning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial automation or robotics experience
• Demonstrated experience deploying automation or robotic systems in live manufacturing environments
• Hands-on experience programming and integrating collaborative robots
• Experience integrating end-effectors, grippers, sensors, machine vision and AMRs

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize processes for automation in a live manufacturing setting
• Develop business cases and technical designs for automation initiatives
• Design, program, integrate, and commission cobot systems
• Deploy AMRs and machine-vision solutions within production lines
• Mentor engineers and technicians while leading projects end-to-end
• Coordinate with safety, maintenance, and production teams to ensure FAT/SAT
• Evaluate vendors and off-the-shelf automation components
• Train production teams on safe operation of automation systems
