Qualifications

  • 5+ years of industrial robotics experience in manufacturing.
  • Hands-on with Fanuc robotic systems.
  • Strong robot programming, troubleshooting, and integration skills.
  • Knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, sensors, servos, motion controls, and industrial networks.
  • Experience with robotic welding, automated assembly, machine tending, or material handling preferred.
  • Aerospace/defense manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Program, troubleshoot, and optimize industrial robotic systems.
  • Support robotic systems used in aerospace and defense manufacturing.
  • Develop and maintain robot programs, automation sequences, and process logic.
  • Work with Fanuc robots, teach pendants, backups, and system integration.
  • Support robotic welding, material handling, machine tending, vision systems, and automated assembly equipment.
  • Troubleshoot electrical, controls, communication, and robotic system issues.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, PLC logic, and automation documentation.
  • Assist with equipment commissioning, FAT, startups, and validation activities.

We’re partnering with an aerospace and defense manufacturer that is hiring a Robotics Engineer to support robotic programming, automation integration, troubleshooting, and process improvement across advanced manufacturing operations.


This is a strong fit for someone who is hands‑on with industrial robots, Fanuc systems, PLCs, automation equipment, troubleshooting, and robotic manufacturing cells. The right person can support production, solve technical issues quickly, and help improve reliability, repeatability, quality, and throughput.


What You’ll Be Doing



  • Program, troubleshoot, and optimize industrial robotic systems

  • Support robotic systems used in aerospace and defense manufacturing

  • Develop and maintain robot programs, automation sequences, and process logic

  • Work with Fanuc robots, teach pendants, robotic backups, and system integration
