Job summary

MOHR Talent in Columbus, MS is seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to ensure quality across incoming materials, in-process parts and finished goods, with emphasis on visual and dimensional checks.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in production or quality inspection, ability to read drawings and use precision measuring tools, and experience within a Quality Management System; MS Word/Excel/Outlook skills are needed; aerospace or AS9100 experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Inspect incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products

Perform visual and dimensional inspections

Use precision measuring tools and basic shop math

Review drawings, specifications, and quality requirements

Document inspection results and maintain quality records

Identify and document nonconforming products

Perform First Article Inspections and related documentation

Assist with corrective actions and quality audits

Requirements:
