Job summary

Lab37 Robotics is hiring an Electro Mechanical Technician to assemble, test, and support the production of robotic food systems on site. You will work with engineering to build, improve, and verify assemblies, while upholding safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have hands-on electro-mechanical assembly and troubleshooting skills, read drawings and wiring diagrams, and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced robotics manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in electro-mechanical assembly or robotics.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and following work instructions.
• Experience with basic shop equipment and testing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electro-mechanical systems and subassemblies per drawings and procedures.
• Perform mechanical assembly, wiring, harness routing and sensor installation.
• Follow quality checks and test procedures to verify functionality.
• Document work completed, issues found, and test results.
• Support production priorities and liaise with engineering and operations.
