Job summary

GE Vernova International LLC is seeking a Lead Generator Diagnostics and Robotics Specialist. You will lead complex electro-mechanical testing, robotic inspections, and generator diagnostics across fossil and nuclear plants worldwide.

This role installs, calibrates, and maintains instrumentation and analyzes data to assess turbine-generator health. As SME, you will ensure safety, quality, and schedule commitments while interfacing with engineering, site reps, and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college; OR an associate's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Non-Destructive Technology with at least 5 years of relevant field experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct SLMS commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Perform RVM torsional vibration measurements and data analysis.
• Deploy robotic inspection systems for internal generator assessments.
• Coordinate with regional sales/operations to review work scopes and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Provide engineering support and develop procedurals for EMT and robotic testing.

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher; Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/Non-Destructive Technology with 5+ years field experience
