Reliable Safety and Flow Corporation seeks an Automated Assembly Cell Operator for the 2nd shift in Henderson, TN. You will operate and support a four-Fanuc robot cell that manufactures pipe hanger clevises, ensuring steady production flow, cell efficiency, and product quality.

Responsibilities include loading components, feeding the cell, inspecting parts, constructing shipping boxes, performing sizing changeovers, and maintaining 5S standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working near automated equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Load and feed raw components into the automated assembly cell per production schedules and work instructions.
• Monitor the cell to ensure uninterrupted component supply and alert supervision of any feed or flow interruptions.
• Inspect incoming components for defects before feeding the cell.
• Construct and stage corrugated boxes for finished assemblies and ensure proper labeling and placement at output stations.
• Record production counts, downtime events, and changeover times on shift logs.
• Perform sizing changeovers by swapping components and adjusting tooling as directed by setup sheets.
