Job summary

Reliable Sprinkler Co. is seeking an Automated Assembly Cell Operator for the 2nd shift in Henderson, TN. You will support a four-Fanuc robot cell, managing component feeding, changeovers, and packaging while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Work includes selecting and feeding parts, adjusting tooling and conveyors, and performing changeovers with accuracy. Strong attention to detail and reliability are essential for keeping production flowing smoothly.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
Ability to read and follow written work instructions, setup sheets, and safety procedures.
Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort around automated industrial equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Reliable attendance and a team-oriented work ethic.
Experience with Fanuc robots or tooling swaps is a plus.

Responsibilities

Load and feed raw components into the automated assembly cell per schedules and work instructions.
Monitor the cell to ensure uninterrupted supply and alert supervision of any feed issues.
Inspect incoming components for defects before feeding the cell.
Construct and stage corrugated boxes for shipping finished assemblies and label them properly.
Perform product sizing changeovers and swap components to match production orders.
Maintain 5S standards and a clean, safe work area.
Record counts, downtime, and changeover times in shift logs or systems.
