Reliable Safety and Flow Corporation in Henderson, TN is seeking a Machine Operator - 1st Shift to operate, adjust, and set up machinery such as shear, punch, drill, and saw from raw steel stock. The role runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with a focus on precision and efficiency.

You will verify dimensions, perform basic maintenance, change dies, and keep equipment in good working order while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Requires standing up to 10 hours per day.
• Repetitive use of both hands up to 10 hours per day.
• Constant awareness of surroundings.
• Requires pushing/pulling/lifting (up to 50 lbs).
• Requires ability to be forklift certified.

Responsibilities

• Operates machinery including coil-fed and punch presses.
• Must have ability to perform basic maintenance and can successfully change dies.
• Verifies specifications by measuring completed component.
• Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Documents actions by completing production and quality forms.
