Responsibilities

Robotics Developer (Remote, Full-Time)

Robotics Developer jobs in São Paulo focus on building and deploying software for real-world robotic systems, including perception, planning, control, and autonomous navigation. What You Will Do

• Design, implement, and maintain robotics software modules for perception, localization, mapping, planning, and control
• Build ROS2 nodes, define message interfaces, and integrate cameras, LiDAR, IMU, GNSS, and wheel odometry for sensor fusion
• Contribute to SLAM pipelines, motion planning, obstacle avoidance, and trajectory tracking
• Create simulation scenarios, run regression suites, and perform hardware-in-the-loop tests to validate behavior
• Analyze logs, tune parameters, fix real-time performance bottlenecks, and improve reliability across deployments
• Collaborate with hardware, QA, and product teams to translate requirements into safe, testable, production-ready features
