Job summary

Formic in the United States is hiring a Robotics Deployment Project Manager to lead end-to-end automation deployments across a range of customer environments. You will own scope alignment, deployment planning, execution oversight, and cross-functional coordination to ensure systems are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification.

This role requires strong technical fluency, disciplined project management, and the ability to drive alignment across customers, internal teams, and third‑party

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management in complex manufacturing or industrial settings.
• 3+ years direct robotics or automation systems experience.
• Experience with end-of-line automation (palletizing, depalletizing, case packing) preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; cross-functional influencing ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment projects from scope validation through installation and commissioning.
• Partner with Applications and Solutions Engineers and third-party integrators to define requirements.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor progress and ensure deadlines, quality, and cost targets.
• Resolve technical, operational, and scheduling issues during deployment.
• Coordinate communications across customers, integrators, and internal teams.
• Drive handoffs from pre-sales through deployment and project close-out.
• Contribute to standardization and continuous improvement of deployment processes.
