Job summary

Dyna Robotics in Redwood City, CA is seeking a versatile software engineer to design and build deployment infrastructure for fleet-scale robots. You will work across on-robot software, off-board systems, and cloud operations to enable reliable, scalable deployments in diverse environments.

You’ll partner with Operations and AI researchers to rout e data and failure cases back to research, and you’ll advance infrastructure that supports production robotics with rigorous testing and CI/CD

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS/CE/Robotics or related field.
• Strong CS foundations and system design experience.
• Experience building scalable software across multiple domains.

Responsibilities

• Build deployment platform: site bring-up, configuration, fleet monitoring, remote diagnostics.
• Partner with Ops to standardize site launches and automate workflows.
• Close loop with model team: route data and failures for research feedback.
• Engage in applied research to ensure model stability in real-world deployments.
• Design end-to-end infra connecting on-robot apps with off-board cloud systems.
• Bridge research and production reality to deliver robust field systems.
• Champion rigorous testing, CI, and scalable software practices.
