Job summary

Dyna Robotics in Redwood City is seeking a Full-Stack Robotics Software Engineer to own the robot software stack, from teleoperation interfaces to 3D data visualizers. You will drive end-to-end delivery and ensure reliable, production-grade performance on real hardware.

You will lead hardware-software integration with LiDAR, Depth, and IMU sensors and actuators, build backend services, and develop monitoring tools to verify model performance in real time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of producing reliable production software.
• Strong foundation in 3D geometry, SO(3)/SE(3) and kinematics.
• Full-stack proficiency: backend services and hardware interfaces.
• Proficient system debugging and problem-solving for electro-mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery: own the full robot software stack including control, sensing, and teleoperation.
• Hardware-Software Integration: bringup, calibration, and integration of LiDAR, Depth, IMU sensors and actuators.
• Infrastructure & Tooling: build backend services, monitoring, logging, and evaluation tools.
• 3D Visualization: develop tools for processing and visualizing geometry and reference frames.
• Cross-Functional Velocity: collaborate with AI, Controls, and Hardware teams to ship capabilities.
